Return Policy 

* Returns and exchanges shall be done within 14 days from the date of purchase.

* Original Receipt should be presented in case of returns or exchange.

* The returned or exchanged product should be in its original state and packaging.

* If the product has any manufacturing defect, it can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

* Products bought online, must be returned or exchanged in any of our stores. after you fill the following form you will receive the return code by email ASAP, then you can head to the nearest branch.

* The refunds are made in the same payment method which was used in the sales transaction (cash, credit or debit card)
